You are invited to participate in a beginning Tantra workshop for couples and singles. This workshop is held in a private home with a hot tub, garden and pool.
Come join us! Lori will take you through a variety of exercises which are designed to expand your experience of intimacy on a physical level. You are encouraged to grow your level of connection by participating in our Embodied Compassionate Communication exercises and empathy training, which will enhance the flow of intimate connection even more. If you are coming as self-paired singles, your current level of intimacy with your partner may be limited because perhaps you have recently met. Or perhaps you have known each other for a long time, but have never explored this exciting way of connecting.

Lori Grace, founder and Executive Director of Sunrise Center, has been studying and teaching Tantra since 1984, and various approaches to communication, including Compassionate Communication (NVC), since 1996. She teaches ways to connect compassionately with oneself and others in daily life, cultivating feelings of joy, peace, and inspiration. Lori created Embodied Compassionate Communication, which incorporates body awareness into traditional Compassionate Communication.
